General & Game Mechanics
What is an escape room, and how does it work?
An escape room is an immersive experience that builds critical thinking skills, team building, and problem solving. Challenge your brain with a variety of puzzles and riddles all designed to beat the clock.
How long does the whole experience take?
Our escape rooms have a 60 minute timer. Expect 15 minutes beforehand for plot videos, waiver signing and room explanation.
Are players actually locked inside the room?
No, players will never be trapped. The entrance will always be open for anyone to step out, use the restroom, take phone calls, etc.
Are the rooms scary or high-intensity?
Some room themes will be more eerie, but never built to instill fear. Some rooms will also be more playful/family oriented.
Booking, Pricing & Group Sizes
How much does it cost per person or per room?
Booking can be done online, or by phone call. We recommend 4 players, but it can be done with 2-8 players. Each room is $30/person
Do we need to book online in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, you will need to book at minimum 1 hour in advance (online or by phone). This will allow our game masters time to prepare for your group.
Are bookings private, or will we be grouped with strangers?
Absolutely! We will never ask you to share your booking with another group.
What is your cancellation, rescheduling, or refund policy?
Same day booking cancelations will not be eligible for refund. If booking several days in advance, cancelation will be refundable with at minimum a 24 hour notice.
Age Limits & Rules
What is the minimum age to play?
Our rooms are not recommended for children under 8. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Be respectful, work together and have fun!
Do kids under a certain age need an adult inside the room with them?
Minors must be accompanied by at minimum one adult
What should players wear? Is there a dress code?
Be comfortable! You will be on your feet for at minimum an hour. Wear whatever is easiest for you to move, squat, crouch or stand.
Location & Special Events
Where should guests park when they arrive?
The parking lot is located at the back of the facility. The building around the parking lot is painted black, and there are entrance signs as well.
How far in advance should our group arrive before our booked time slot?
At minimum 1 hour before the booked time slot.
Do you host corporate team-building events, birthday parties, or large private groups?
Absolutely! Team building opportunities, birtbday parties, etc. Are always welcome. Booking at minimum 48 hours in advance for large groups will be required.
